5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service Fees
Current pricing is as follows:
- Routine Service: $87
- Rush Service: $117
- Same Day Service: $147
- Additional Documents: $57 per document
- Certified Mail Service: $87+
- Stake-out & Investigation: $127 per hour
Additional charges may apply for:
- Mileage (as required by Michigan statute)
- Court filing fees
- Multiple service attempts beyond standard
- Special handling requirements
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service or as otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Returned checks incur a $35 fee
- Past due accounts may incur collection fees and legal costs
Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect services already contracted.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
